I build a genuine relationship with each person I photograph. My superpower is letting you and your family be yourselves—even when there is a camera in the room. I don’t arrive with my own agenda. I come ready to document you, just as you are. Because every life, no matter how tiny, is worthy of a masterful celebration.
I technically got started into photography as a new mom five years ago. I had carried a camera around for most of my life but never quite knew what all of the buttons did. I decided to teach myself. So, once my babies were down for the night, I’d binge webinars and photography courses. I started small. I took monthly headshots of my kiddos, got tons of practice by taking photos for families in my church congregation, and took the camera with us wherever we traveled. Photography became my creative outlet that kept me grounded and excited because my camera helped me notice the light around me and all the beautiful small moments of childhood.
live to capture the in-between moments. Your newborn stretching their legs. Your partner watching you hold your little one. Light dancing on your faces in the mountains. I capture the way it feels to be together—the magic of right now.

“You made us feel SO relaxed at both our maternity and newborn sessions, and your laugh is so infectious!
You’re simply a natural; when we got our newborn gallery I didn’t even realize you had been shooting during some of our natural moments and those are some of our faves! We love working with you, you’re just the sweetest! ”

I wish I had a photo of my dad as a toddler in his childhood home. One photo would create a bridge from my world into his. I wish I could see my grandparents at a younger age, raising their kids. A glimpse into what their love for each other looked and felt like.
Photos can hold time still for us—and for generations to come. That is what keeps me coming back to photography. Slowing down time is powerful. I am so grateful for my life and what it has brought me so far. Each of us are surrounded by so much love and goodness. I want to help gather your memories for generations to come.
Let's face it—choosing clothing for photos can be intimidating. Here are my top tips after years in the industry.
